Model United Nations (MUN)

I have worked extensively with Model United Nations conferences in leadership roles including Secretary General, Conference Director, and President. Each conference hosted 1,500+ student delegates from across the country and ran for 2–3 days as fully ticketed events. For every MUN, I led and managed teams of over 70 students, ensuring seamless coordination across finance, logistics, operations, marketing, and branding. From budgeting and registrations to delegate experience and on-ground execution, I oversaw the entire conference lifecycle. As part of the conference experience, each MUN also included a dedicated social night, for which I handled production planning, stage setup, artist/DJ coordination, technical requirements, and overall show flow. This ensured a balanced experience that combined formal debate with engaging social interaction. These experiences strengthened my ability to manage large teams, high-pressure environments, and large-scale event operations with precision and accountability.
