I worked as the Event Head for Insights Forum, a two-day ticketed business forum featuring experienced industry professionals and thought leaders. Each day hosted two keynote speakers, delivering valuable insights to an audience of 500+ attendees. I was responsible for end-to-end planning and execution, including logistics, operations, speaker coordination, partnerships, and on-ground management. The forum was designed to be insightful, well-structured, and professionally executed, ensuring both speakers and attendees had a meaningful experience.
